Content	<img alt="bin" src="images/bin.jpg" align="none"><br><br>Spelthorne Council have been dishing out brown wheelie bins for garden waste so where is mine?. Am I not posh enough for the Conservative Council?,don't I play golf?, or is this just another bit of Tory spin.<br>I have tried to reserve a bin but the office seems to be closed and I just get an answer phone...they seem to work what my dad would call Tory Gentleman's hours.<br><br>Quoting the local Tory Council rag "intouch", "All Conservative Councils have rejected the Labour government's attempt to introduce waste bin charging, forcing a government U-turn", but if you look below at the Spelthorne Council web page <a target="" title="" href="http://www.spelthorne.gov.uk/nws_09_gardenwaste.htm">link</a> they quote <span class="text">"Wheelie bins will be charged at an annual rate of £35 and the sacks £25. Payment will be via direct debit and permits will be displayed on bins or sacks." </span><span style="font-weight: bold;">Looks like a charge to me!!!!!</span><br><br>For more info from Spelthorne Council go <a target="" title="" href="http://www.spelthorne.gov.uk/nws_09_gardenwaste.htm">HERE</a> and see if you can get one...please let me know.<br>
